25 APIs Used in 7 Days: Amazon S3, Facebook Graph and Zazzle

This past week 9 new mashups were added to our mashup directory and 25 different APIs were used to build them. Some of the newer or less frequently seen APIs include Earth911 Search, HP Cloud Object Storage, HP Imaging Cloud Photo Suite, LaunchBit, Mailgun, Ookaboo and Recognize.im. The most often used APIs this week are Facebook, Facebook Graph and Google Maps. And the most commonly used types of APIs were Social (4 APIs, 6 mashups), Photos (3 APIs, 3 mashups) and Music (3 APIs, 3 mashups). The list below shows which APIs were used by which mashups:

SeatGeek Builds Rock Star Graph?

SeatGeekHow does the Web’s largest ticket search engine improve its API? By giving developers easy access to more information, of course. SeatGeek recently made links to artists’ Spotify and Last.fm profiles available through the SeatGeek API, and the company promises even more data in the future.
