10 APIs Used in 7 Days: Flickr, Last.fm, and Wikipedia

This past week 7 new mashups were added to our mashup directory and 10 different APIs were used to build them. Some of the newer or less frequently seen APIs include Wikipedia and Panoramio. The most often used APIs this week are Google Maps, WordPress.org and Zazzle. And the most commonly used types of APIs were Photos (2 APIs, 2 mashups), Blogging (1 APIs, 2 mashups) and Shopping (1 APIs, 2 mashups).

This past week 9 new mashups were added to our mashup directory and 25 different APIs were used to build them. Some of the newer or less frequently seen APIs include Earth911 Search, HP Cloud Object Storage, HP Imaging Cloud Photo Suite, LaunchBit, Mailgun, Ookaboo and Recognize.im. The most often used APIs this week are Facebook, Facebook Graph and Google Maps. And the most commonly used types of APIs were Social (4 APIs, 6 mashups), Photos (3 APIs, 3 mashups) and Music (3 APIs, 3 mashups). The list below shows which APIs were used by which mashups:
