del.icio.usOur API directory now includes 64 bookmarks APIs. The newest is the Thinkery API. The most popular, in terms of mashups, is the del.icio.us API. We list 161 del.icio.us mashups .


98 New APIs: Karmadata, Collins Dictionary and White House Petitions

This week we had 98 new APIs added to our API directory including an online dictionary, enterprise collaboration and social networking service, White House petition data, campaign management service, and standardized open data resource. In addition we covered a new API status board. Below are more details on each of these new APIs.

ThinkeryOf the many APIs we published this week, ten were highlighted on the blog by our team of writers. In this post, we’ll shine a spotlight on those ten, which included the Thinkery API. Thinkery aims to help users organize their notes, to do’s, and thoughts to increase productivity and personal management. The Thinkery API was released allowing developers to further this goal through the integration of the Thinkery functionality in third party apps. ThinkeryThinkery offers a tool where users can store notes, todos, and bookmarks. The Thinkery platforms keeps everything organized through a unique #hashtag system. With hopes that developers will create an ecosystem of apps and tools on top of the Thinkery platform, the company released the Thinkery API. The driving force behind Thinkery rings loud and clear in both its base platform and its API offering: “Your brain, organized.”
