API Spotlight: Hackpad, Ubivox, and Droplr APIs

HackPadOf the many APIs we published this week, six were highlighted on the blog by our team of writers. In this post, we’ll shine a spotlight on those six, which include the Hackpad API. Hackpad is a collaborative tool that allows groups of people to edit a document in real time. The API simply makes this functionality available for developers to integrate into their apps or websites. Offering a similar interface to that of Google Docs, Hackpad allows users to login to the service through their Google, email, and Facebook credentials. HackPad offers just this. It’s a lightweight collaborative tool that allows users to invite other users and edit documents in real time. What’s even better is that the availability of the HackPad API means that it’s possible to integrate this functionality into other sites.

We also covered an API for creating visualizations from business data and saving on energy costs with the ecobee API.
