Of the many APIs we published this week, six were highlighted on the blog by our team of writers. In this post, we’ll launch those six into the spotlight, which included the Flexpaper API. Flexpaper is an open source document viewer. Functionality allows documents to be annotated: highlighted, commented, underlined, and drawn on. The API displays in HTML, HTML5, Adobe Flash or any combination of the three.

This week we had 54 new APIs added to our API directory including a voice and SMS communications for apps, email and file migration service, in app SMS messaging service, html5 video player, twitter influence measurement service. Additionally we covered the CheckInOn.Me API. Below are more details on each of these new APIs.
Deezer announced a new set of APIs and the accompanying “app Studio”. Amazon takes its Maps API from public beta to full release. Plus: LinkedIn launches Ads API, enabling custom tools for large-scale campaigns, VStorage API support focus of Symantec-Veeam battle and 20 new APIs.
