35 Customer Service APIs:Activia Live Chat, Predixion and Textingly

FanBridgeOur API directory now includes 35 customer service APIs. The newest is the Vivocha API. The most popular, in terms of mashups, is the FanBridge API. We list one FanBridge mashup. Below you’ll find some more stats from the directory, including the entire list of analysis APIs.

In terms of the technical details, REST and XML lead the way. There are 23 customer service REST APIs and 8 customer service SOAP APIs. Our directory lists 22 customer service XML APIs and 15 customer service JSON APIs.

The most common tags within analysis are 19 customer service enterprise APIs, 9 customer service CRM APIs, and 6 customer service Sbweb APIs.
