Get A Spot In The Digital MarketPlace With FetchApp’s API

Candice McMillan, December 4th, 2012

FetchAppThe selling of digital goods online is a fast growing industry and FetchApp is designed to make it as streamlined a process as possible. It’s basically a digital delivery application that covers everything from digital storage and inventory security to download restrictions and file transfer. FetchApp is already compatible with PayPal, Google Checkout, Goodsie, BigCommerce, FoxyCart, and Shopify, but also provides the FetchApp API for developers who would like to integrate the data with any other system.

In a nutshell, it’s an easy way for anyone to sell any downloadable product; things like music, photos, PDFs, software from websites or blogs and more. The user simply signs up for an account, chooses a plan, provides basic information, adds products, uploads digital files and starts selling – that’s it.

The FetchApp API is implemented as RESTful XML over HTTP, and API methods include retrieving and managing items, orders and account information. Developers can head to the FetchApp website for more information.
