Google Launches, Showcases the Power of the Maps API

Google CodeGoogle has just announced the launch of, a brand new website created to demonstrate the features and functionality of the Google Maps API.

The new website features a gallery of interactive demos showcasing the types of maps that can be created using the Google Maps API. Developers can learn how to integrate map features such as street view, satellite view, base maps, places and much more.

The site also includes stories from developers in the community that are using the Google Maps API to start businesses, help the environment or the local community. These stories will also be featured weekly on the Geo Developers Blog.
