Could Your Google Places API Developer Challenge Project Win Mashup of The Day Honors?

Kevin Sundstrom, September 28th, 2012

Google PlacesWith just over a month before the submission deadline for the Google Places API Developer Challenge, the time has come for developers to start taking this challenge seriously. As applications are finished over the next month, ProgrammableWeb would like to provide you with the opportunity to gain some exposure by submitting your applications for a chance to become Mashup of The Day. What would be a better way of throwing your gauntlet, hat, or whatever it is that developers throw, into the Google Places Challenge ring?

Adam DuVander, ProgrammableWeb’s Executive Editor and Google Places Challenge judge, will not be involved in choosing MOTD winners. However, Adam (and the rest of our team) is excited to see what applications are in the works.

To submit applications for Mashup of The Day contention fill out the ProgrammableWeb “Add a Link” form. Remember to create an account with ProgrammableWeb so that you get credit for all your hard work.

Wonderful blog! I found it while searching on Yahoo News. Do you have
any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News? I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Cheers
