vjoon K4 is a Cross-Media Publishing Platform that allows creative and editorial teams to collaborate and deliver content to print, tablet, web or any other type of output channel. With vjoon K4 now supporting the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite interface, tablet publishers can “upload their Folio files after planning, managing and organizing digital content in vjoon K4. This allows publishers to fully exploit the Adobe Folio Producer’s extensive feature set and eliminates the need for using Adobe Content Bundler, along with all its limitations.”

Among the first of vjoon’s clients to successfully use the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite worldwide include Condé Nast and National Geographic.

For editorial and workflow solution vendors, the Folio Producer APIs allow applications to “programmatically interact with Adobe hosted services such as the Folio Producer.” In order to gain access to the APIs, vendors must apply for an Adobe Technology Solution partner membership and request permission for access. If permission to use the Folio Producer API is granted, an API key is needed for authentication when making API calls.

The integration of vjoon K4 with the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite interface includes groundbreaking new features and many automated functions providing publishers with one of the most innovative and efficient publishing platforms available today. The new version of vjoon K4 also supports Adobe Creative Suite 6.
