500 Mashups

John Musser, March 13th, 2006

ProgrammableWebAnother little threshold has been crossed here: there are now more than 500 mashups listed at ProgrammableWeb.com. Pace has certainly picked-up over the past couple of months. As shown on Mashup Feed the average new mashups per day is up to 2.81. And that is just those added to the database here. This is up from 2.6 or so just about 8 weeks ago.

Note that all these new mashups are making the mashups page quite unwieldy. The new version of ProgrammableWeb, v2, is well into development and tackling the bloated page issue is part of it. Expect to see much bigger changes to this site very soon.
